San Diego State University Breast Cancer Study
Dr. Terry Cronan, Dr. Kristen Wells, and Dr. Niloofar Afari are conducting a study testing the effects of two behavioral interventions designed to increase quality of life in newly diagnosed breast cancer patients.
To be eligible, participants must:
- Be female
- Be between the ages of 21 and 70
- Have a physician’s diagnosis of breast cancer (stage 0 to 3)
- Have completed surgery for their breast cancer
- Have no previous diagnosis of cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer)
Eligible participants will attend eight 90-minute group sessions and complete 3 assessments
Participants will be compensated $25 per assessment.
($75 over the course of the study).
